A new year brings new beginnings but it also brings a new assessment to any real estate that you own in this province. Here‘s what happened last year.
This year my assessment went up by $2000, a lot less than the $12K jump from last year. I’m ok with that as I hope this means my property tax will hold steady for this year too.
