For years, I’ve watched that scene in The Matrix where Cypher, played by Joe Pantoliano, eats this massive chunk of juicy and tender-looking steak. I’ve always wondered what cut of beef it is and how they made it. Well, in the above video, Andrew Rea tries to make the steak from the movie. I’m not sure he exactly nails it but he certainly does make some good looking pieces of beef.
