Because I’ve entered into a weird sleep schedule where I’m going to sleep when most people are just about to wake up, I recently wondered where in the world would my current body clock would be considered normal. That is, when I go to sleep this morning, where in the world would that correspond to say 11pm or 12am?
It turns out that by going this site, I discovered that my current sleeping schedule is perfect for Australia. Depending on where I was in Australia, I’d be either going to sleep around 11pm to 12am. In other words, if I went to Australia right now, I theoretically would not have any jet lag as I would already be in tune with their day and night.
Anyways, it’s getting late in beautiful Sydney, Australia, so it’s time for me to sleep.
